Specialty welding services
PM-01Highly skilled welders and pipefitters for complex pipe welding and fabrication, convection and radiant tube welding, boiler repairs and other critical welding repairs.
Cost control
PM-02We use redundant internal systems to make sure cost reports are accurate. For example, if Primavera shows the work is 50% complete but only 30% of the budget is spent, we know there is an error in schedule updating or a lag in cost reporting. We find and resolve discrepancies like this before each report goes out.
Procurement & material management
PM-03We order materials to specification from your approved manufacturer list (AML), then receive, store and distribute them to the right crews. Strong supplier relationships help us adapt to scope changes, keep inventory counts accurate and minimize waste.
Subcontractor coordination
PM-04We manage subcontractors for the full project, starting with a service agreement that covers interfaces, reporting and resources. Before work begins, every subcontractor receives:
